For the 15th consecutive year Mercy Health has been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the WGEA. We are one of 120 organisations Australia wide to be awarded the citation, the only organisation in the Aged Care Residential Services industry and one of only three in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry.
