How does it work?
For new clients:
Family members who are looking for home care services for the first time should call the home care office in their local area or the Care Advisory Service on 1300 478 776. Family members are required to submit a staff discount program application form to the local office, providing their full name and that of their relative, and their relationship to the Mercy Health staff member. If the family member meets the eligibility requirements and the relatives’ employment is verified, the 10% discount will be applied to the services the family member receives once a service agreement (Home Care Package or Private services) is signed.
For existing Mercy Health clients:
Family members who are already receiving home care services through Mercy Health must submit a staff discount program application form to their care advisor, providing their full name and that of their relative, and their relationship to the Mercy Health staff member. If the family member meets the eligibility requirements and the relatives’ employment is verified, the 10% discount will be applied to the services the family member receives.
The staff discount program application form can be found here.
